Privacy policy

• Name, email address and phone number, when you create an account or place an order
• Delivery addresses you save to your account
• Order history: what you bought, when, and its price
• Basic technical data (like pages viewed) to keep the site working and secure. We don’t use this to build advertising profiles

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider’s own secure checkout. Card numbers go directly to them, not through iRenew’s systems.

To process and deliver your order, provide order tracking and support, prevent fraud, and meet our own legal and accounting obligations. We don’t sell your information to anyone.

• Our courier, to deliver your order: name, phone number and delivery address only

• Our hosting and database providers, who store data on our behalf under contract

Under POPIA, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it (subject to what we’re legally required to keep, like order records for tax purposes). Contact us and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Order and payment records are kept for as long as South African tax law requires. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it or close your account.

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed and salted (never in plain text), and access to customer data is limited to what’s needed to run the store.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
