Terms of service

iRenew sells pre-owned Apple devices that we buy, test and grade ourselves. This is not a marketplace for third-party sellers.

Every device is secondhand, not refurbished. Never opened or repaired, with original parts throughout. Grade (Fair, Great, Best), battery health, storage and included accessories are disclosed accurately on each listing. Photos show the actual unit you’d receive.

Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by our payment provider at checkout; we don’t store your card details. An order is only confirmed once payment succeeds.

We’re liable for the value of your order and any direct loss caused by our negligence, but not for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under South African consumer protection law that can’t be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
